Do you have pet restrictions?

We allow all non-aggressive pets at our park. Pet parents are required to keep their pets on a leash, clean up after their pet, and have all current shot records at the time of check in.

What are your office hours?

Off-Season Office Hours 9AM-6PM (April – October) On-Season Office Hours 8AM-8PM (November-April) Check-in Time 2PM Check-out Time 12 Noon Quiet Hours 10pm-8am *All visitors required to check in at the office and receive a visitor’s pass.*

Do you have a camp store?

Yes, we do! Our store hours are from 9am until 6pm (May-Oct) and 8am until 8pm (Nov-April). A camp host is on duty until 9pm. Reservation Check-in is at 2:00pm and checkout is at 12:00pm. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For month or more reservations, you must cancel 30 days or more in advance to obtain a refund. Should you cancel less than 30 days in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. 
 
For Daily or Weekly Stays, you must cancel -At least 48 hours in advance for a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee.  Within 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. 
 
Checks should be received within 2 weeks.
